Description

With the delicate touch of little fingers, Baby Einstein and Hape’s ‘Magic Touch Piano’ will let baby create thousands of different songs. Made from wood, this piano toy features magic touch technology – no buttons or keys needed! Two modes of play give your toddler the ability to make their own music or play along with classic melodies. Giving your baby toys that make music helps her tune into different rhythmic patterns. This musical development toy comes with 3 sheets of music. But this toddler toy isn’t just for little ones – join them at the piano bench to have just as much fun! And don’t worry about waking little brother or sister. The volume control buttons let you turn the music to low when you need to or crank it up to high for a main stage piano performance. At either volume, the higher end quality speakers make sure your baby’s sonata sounds just right.

What our testers said

“Red, yellow, blue, blue. Mummy, I can play all the music.” – Boy aged 5

“Twinkle twinkle, how I wonder.” – Girl aged 1

What our experts think

The Magic Touch Piano is great for encouraging little ones to create and interact with music. We found the size of it perfect for our testers’ little hands, so they could press the keys to make the tunes on their own. The children enjoyed singing along to the songs they knew, like Twinkle Twinkle Little Star.

Our older testers were able to use colour recognition to follow the coloured dots on the music sheets and play the songs. Although the younger ones struggled to follow the dots, they enjoyed pressing the piano to make their own sounds which not only promotes creativity but also teaches early cause and effect logic.
